2nd time staying at the Como Uma Ubud. The resort is one of the best i have ever visited. Rooms are impeccably clean, staff are always subtly attentive too all my needs. Friendly, informative, welcoming. Every guests gets such personal interactions. Breakfast it the highlight of the day and always puts the right mood to the day. I am already planning for my next visit in 2024.

Beautiful hotel! The service was impeccable. However, the one thing I did not like was how the showers are half way exposed to the outside, where bugs/lizards could come in. We were upgraded to the Terrace room, which unfortunately had the half exposed shower, so we stuck to our original room where the shower was enclosed. I believe half of the hotel has enclosed showers and the other half doesn't. Other than that, I would stay here again but request an enclosed shower! Breakfast is a 11/10, so fresh and healthy!

It was our first time in Ubud, and we couldn't be more delighted with our experience at Como Uma Ubud. From our arrival, the resort team made us feel at home. The attention to detail is unmatched, and we can't fault a single thing. We highly recommend the SPA treatments, where each therapist is extremely well-trained, kind, and professional. The body wrap was the highlight treatment, but each one was memorable. The rooms are wonderfully designed, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower. The food at each restaurant within the resort is five stars, along with the service. Morning yoga with Budi was exceptional, adding a perfect touch to our retreat. We also organized some experiences from the resort lobby, and all were extraordinary. Our guide for the Tirta Empul water purification was outstanding, Made was a super knowledgeable companion who personalized the experience to the smallest details. The same goes for the mountain tour hike, which was another highlight of our holiday in Bali. This is a place that we will definitely revisit. Special thanks to the general manager, Suteja Gede, and her entire team for the memorable experience.

COMO Uma Ubud feels like a second home to me, and with each visit, it continues to impress. The service is consistently heartwarming, and the garden villa pool offers a truly amazing experience. The restaurant at the back boasts a delightful array of Balinese foods, with each dish proving to be delicious. I highly recommend trying the Balinese bacon and egg (do check with the server first). The strategic location of COMO adds to its charm. Don't miss the delightful happy hour at the pool bar. Already looking forward to my next visit!
